Watch screens · sport by sport

Build your watch screen, sport by sport.

On your iPhone, you pick the data, its size, its place — and the alerts that go with it. The watch shows exactly that: one screen for running, another for cycling, another for the pool.

  • 74 sports, each with its own screens AND its own settings — from intervals to hiking
  • 375 metrics in the catalog — from one full-screen number to nine tiles
  • Alerts and zones per sport: heart rate zone, every-kilometer reminder, drink, eat, lap — vibration or voice, the works
The Workshop: a running screen being built, with the metrics catalog The Screens tab: every sport with its row of watch faces Running settings: alerts, zones, watch map, behavior, sensors — and “Send this sport to the watch”

On the Apple Watch

On your wrist, everything's already set.

Your screens are waiting on the watch. One tap to start, the map deep in the woods with no signal, and at the finish a recap that explains every number.

  • Readable mid-effort: full screen, one color per metric
  • The map on your wrist, even with no signal — your area downloaded before you leave
  • The Action button pauses, laps and resumes — without taking your eyes off the effort

Every morning · your health

Effort, recovery, sleep: your whole body on one screen.

The cockpit reads your nights and your workouts from Apple Health, then tells you in one word where you stand. Every score opens up and explains itself — your range, your trend, the why.

  • 3 scores, a one-word verdict — “Solid”, “Short”, “In your zone”
  • YOUR ranges, computed from your own history — never internet averages
  • A day without a measurement stays a visible gap — nothing is made up
The Cadevia home screen scrolling: recovery, sleep and effort, energy, stress, left to eat, journal, health monitors, biological age

A Coach workout sheet: blocks, color-coded profile, cues

Optional · Coach plan

A coach that builds, not a PDF.

Tell it your race and your available days: it builds every workout at your paces, then adjusts to what you actually do, week after week.

  • Cues in plain English: a number and a feeling — never jargon
  • Your off-plan counts: that unplanned outing goes into your load and onto your plate
  • Week off the rails? Move the workout, the block rebuilds

Nutrition · by scan

One photo. It's counted.

Photo, label or barcode: calories, protein, carbs and fat estimated in seconds from official food databases — and your targets move with your training.

  • Your targets follow your workouts: calories and water adjust on their own
  • Hydration made to measure: body weight, sweat rate, the day's heat
  • 872 illustrated exercises for strength training
The meal scanner: the viewfinder on a chicken, avocado and sweet potato bowl
The scan result: grilled chicken and roasted vegetable power bowl, 780 kcal, 52 g protein, 65 g carbs, 38 g fat, and the detected ingredients

Offline maps · the whole world

The map that works where there's no signal.

Our own maps, terrain and contour lines included. Download your area before you head out, and set up each map the way you want it, sport by sport.

  • The whole world, offline on the watch — your area fits in your hand
  • Fine terrain detail: in France, IGN LiDAR data, accurate to half a meter
  • Adjustable sport by sport: trail, bike, city — 4 styles, 200 combinations

Straight questions

What people ask us

What exactly is Cadevia?

One app for everything an athlete with an Apple Watch does: set up your watch screens sport by sport, run your workout, understand your recovery, your sleep and your nutrition — and, optionally, a coach that composes real training plans.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Your iPhone records your workouts too (GPS, Bluetooth sensors, a dedicated workout screen), and the whole health cockpit works with Apple Health measurements. But the app is built to shine with a watch on your wrist.

Is the Cadevia Coach a real AI?

Yes, and it's kept in check: a training knowledge base and a safety engine lay out the skeleton of your plan (days, durations, bounded progression), then the AI composes each workout from what you've actually done. Your numbers — zones, paces, budgets — are calculated from your profile, never improvised by the model.

Where does my health data go?

Your measurements (heart rate, sleep, energy…) stay on your iPhone. Two features go through our servers, with your explicit consent: meal scanning and conversations with the coach. Nothing is ever sold, to anyone.

Can I send my workouts to Strava?

Yes. When you finish a workout recorded with Cadevia, you send it to Strava in one tap. Cadevia doesn't read anything from Strava. Workouts done elsewhere (Apple Watch, bike computer, another app) come in through Apple Health.

Which sports are supported?

Cadevia covers more than 70 sports, from running to skiing by way of trail running, cycling, swimming and strength training (872 illustrated exercises). Every sport has its own screens, its own map and its own settings.
