Why Cadevia exists
A sports app written by someone who trains, to fix problems he had himself.
The starting point
Two things were missing. On one side, watches able to display dozens of metrics, but screens you can't really build yourself — especially when you do several sports, which share neither the same numbers nor the same needs. On the other, apps that show a recovery score without ever saying where it comes from, or what you should do with it.
That's where Cadevia starts: you set what you see, and every number explains itself.
Three principles, kept
- Nothing is made up. A day without a measurement stays a visible gap: no patched-over average, no default value dressed up as data. When the app doesn't know, it shows “—” and tells you how to turn the measurement on.
- Your benchmarks, not the internet's. Zones, paces and targets come from your own measurements; when a value is a generic reference and not yours, it's marked.
- Plain words, not jargon. A training cue always carries a number and a feeling. “Z5” on its own teaches nobody anything.
What that adds up to today
- more than 70 sports (74 exactly), each with its own screens and its own data
- more than 300 metrics in the workout-screen catalog (375)
- 872 illustrated exercises for strength training
- Our own maps, of the whole world, usable without a signal
Numbers taken from the code on 2026-09-08. They're kept up to date from a single source: when the app changes, they change.
Who publishes it
Cadevia is published by a sole proprietor based in France. The publisher's full identity, business registration number (SIRET) and contact details appear in the legal notice.
Where things stand
The app isn't on the App Store yet. The home page lets you leave your email address: subscribers will be notified at launch, and the first ones will be invited to try it before everyone else. No customer reviews are shown on this site until there are real users to write them.
