Cookies
The cadevia.app website is a static site. It sets no cookies other than those strictly necessary for browsing it and uses no audience measurement tool or advertising tracker. No consent is therefore required under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
The Cadevia app does not use cookies and contains no advertising tracker. It keeps on the iPhone a randomly drawn identifier for the app's audience measurement (PostHog): this tracker is exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), and anyone can object in the app (Profile › Account & subscription › "Audience measurement") — see the privacy policy, §4.6.
Intellectual property
All elements of the website and the app — structure, texts, illustrations, logos, photographs, code, calculation engines, knowledge base — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Emeric SAUNIER or his licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.
