How it works
The home page shows what Cadevia does. This page says how, in order — from install to your first workout, then week after week.
-
You answer a few questions
Your sport, your goal, your available days, your health. Every question says what it's for: nothing is asked “for the record.” The questionnaire is short by default; you can go deeper if you want a finer plan, and each extra step tells you what it changes.
-
You build your watch screens
On your iPhone, you pick the data you want to see during the effort, at the size you want, sport by sport — more than 70 sports, and more than 300 metrics in the catalog. The preview you see is exactly what the watch will display. One gesture, and the screen is on your wrist.
-
You head out, the watch is all you need
The workout starts from your wrist. Cues are spoken aloud and buzzed at the right moment, in plain English: a number and a feeling, never jargon. The map works without a signal — the base maps are downloaded ahead of time, terrain included.
-
You understand what happened
At the finish, the recap shows the numbers that matter for this sport, and each one opens up to explain itself. The next morning, the home screen sums up your night, your recovery and your energy — with, under each score, a one-word verdict.
-
The plan adjusts to what you actually do
An unplanned outing goes into your load and onto your plate. A week that goes off the rails gets rebuilt. And if you're sick or injured, the plan reorganizes and tells you why.
What stays on your iPhone
Your health measurements stay on your phone. The only times anything goes to a server are the ones you trigger: a meal photo to analyze, a training block being composed, a sync you connected yourself. The details — which data, where to, why and for how long — are written in our privacy policy, and they're written to be read.
What you need
- An iPhone on a recent iOS — the app lives there, that's where everything gets set up
- An Apple Watch for workouts on your wrist; the iPhone app also works on its own
- Nothing else: no strap, no sensor, no third-party subscription — but you can hook them up if you have them (heart rate strap, power meter, Apple Health), and send your workouts to Strava in one tap
